I have been watching both camps in the Real-ID debate right lately. The haves and the have nots all have their reasons for either wanting it, or not, whether it is no big deal or not, or what it is going to be used for, or not. I haven’t gotten one, and despite what everyone will have to believe it is not an automatic get for everyone either. At my last driver’s license renewal, I was asked if I wanted a Real-ID and I was like “sure, why not?” but was required to produce items that I don’t carry around or have lost over the years, so I didn’t get a Real-ID. Amusingly enough a few of the items they required I didn’t have when I got my passport, which supposedly is what you can use instead of a Real-ID, and "doing this to get a passport" is one of the arguments that the “it’s no big deal” crowd uses for Real-ID. Morning Lift: Chest / Arms Volume 11

Bench Press (Barbell / Smith Machine Decline) Target Muscles: Pectoralis major (lower chest), Anterior deltoids, Triceps, Pectoralis major Starting Position: 1. Lay on an decline bench angled from 30-60° (the steeper the decline, the greater the stress on the lower pectorals and outer pectorals). Ideally the bench should have an attached barbell rack. 2. Hold the bar with your hands shoulder width apart, palms facing forwards. Remove the bar from the barbell rack so it is positioned directly over your collarbone with your arms fully extended. The Movement: 1. Bend your arms, allowing your elbows to travel out to the sides, and slowly lower the bar down to your chest. 2. The bar should just touch the upper part of your chest beneath your collarbone. Hold for a count of two. 3. Push the bar back to the starting position. The “No Kings” rally as painful as it was to watch from the perspective of a mid-generational, Gen X member like me, should be a learning experience to the chest thumping MAGA aficionados, hollering about how the mainstream news media is finished.
